There Are People In This World Who Are Set To Give Happiness
I am going to say it loud and clear: there are people in this world who are set to bring happiness and I am lucky to have some of them. They are these people who turn your world upside down, turn things around and kill you out loud; but they are also those people who reach out to you without hesitation, if that is what you need. Ultimately, those people are the true friends.
Those people, whatever happens, always know what to do, what to say and where to be. Those people with whom it seems that you have a magical connection at the precise moment that leads you to live surreal adventures that will always have a little corner of your heart. They are the friends of the soul, those who teach and, above all, who mark.
They are your anchor point if everything else falls apart, just like they are your biggest smile when all is well. They are the ones who blame you without complexes and without mincing words when they think you are wrong, but also the first to applaud you when you do something well.
They are your cane and at the same time your wings
They are those people who mark, but do not hurt, because the signs that friendship leaves on the skin are as deep as scars, but as invisible and pleasant as caresses. It’s those sincere hugs that make your skin crawl and take your breath away when you need them.
They are those people who become both your stick and your wings, because they are the first to encourage you to fly and the ones who will always support you if you decide that you are only going to walk. Because they are your compass, the guide to your fears and the light in your darkness. They are the ones that bring out the best part of yourself and help you fight against any adversity.
They are party nights and coffee afternoons. They are the most serious conversations along with the most heartfelt tears in the moments you wish you could forget. They are, in short, the people who have helped you to be who you are, to get the best out of you and to achieve, in part, what you have set out to do.
Because both the worst and the best moments of life are always better lived in company. They are those people with whom you take advantage of every second when you are close, with whom you live life as if every minute were going to be your last. They are the best of every day.
They are the people who are counted on the fingers of one hand
They are the people you choose and that is why you choose them well. They are counted on the fingers of one hand, but they are worth more than you can imagine. They are friends, friends of the soul and companions in battles. And that is why they are the ones who most deserve to be recognized for all that they are worth every time you can.
That is why I am writing these lines, so that you can dedicate them to those people who are part of your life and make your world a better world. Because they support your falls and make you think they are just a misstep. They make you the hero of your own story because they give you the superpowers, the confidence, to be who you are.
They are those people that you know are always there. That they communicate with you just by looking at you since there are no words after everything they have experienced. They are those I love you that you say without fear of rejection because you know that friendship is the only love that does not move away despite mistakes, in any case, it becomes stronger.
