10 steps to be happier

To achieve what we want there are two fundamental ingredients: perseverance and responsibility .

We have countless reasons to start a new day happy, and also to end it feeling happy as we deserve. You only need 10 steps to get up and go to bed satisfied with yourself and what is the same, happy.

Start putting them into practice, adjusting and adapting them to your person. We are all unique, make your days special and love yourself. You will be taking a huge step towards the happiness you seek.

What are the 10 steps to be happier?

 

1. Get up and make an immediate resolution to fulfill that day. The secret of our motivation is to carry out  simple objectives that do not require much effort, in order to gradually increase the level of demand and the quality of our purposes.

This process allows us to feel fulfilled by constantly reaching our goals, as well as encouraging us to move forward and carry out the steps to achieve each of our dreams.

2. Feel grateful for living another day. The gratitude is part of the base which is made love. If we feel love for our life and share it with those around us,  we will be creating a halo of positivism that will allow us to feel blissful and happy throughout the day .

It is very important to feel gratitude for what we have, and not wait to lose it to realize how lucky we are. Remember that there are many people who for countless reasons, do not enjoy the same as you, and vice versa. Let’s learn to be grateful.

3. Make a list of the things we love. A good exercise to start the day is to start making a mental list of the things we love about ourselves : things that make us happy, our personal achievements, relationships … anything that just thinking about it fills us with happiness and said the day.

I encourage you to do it. It seems silly, but if you focus and are aware for a few minutes you will notice an infinity of positive elements that we have around us and that we are not aware of .

4. Listen to your favorite songs. Music is one of the best tools to fill us with positivism internally. Put on your favorite gender while you have breakfast, or even before bed, use it as a meditation space. It helps me a lot at the time of going to bed to disconnect my mind.

Music encourages you to have positive thoughts in any activity and exercise that you have to carry out.

5. Do a comforting activity or have a treat with someone during the day. You don’t have to generate a lot of effort. A ” good morning”, “how are you” or “how are you” said in a positive way, brighten the morning to anyone.

And you know what’s best? The happy face that you perceive in the recipient of these words of affection and affection while you say them. Just that moment makes you happy in the morning, afternoon and night. Listen to me.

6. Meditating for 5 minutes when you wake up will allow you to leave out problems and worries , imagining and projecting how you want your new day to be. You will feel calmer.

Performing a meditation before sleeping will facilitate falling asleep and a better quality of rest.

7. Remember all the positive things you have done and felt during the day before going to sleep. A very good exercise to make our rest positive and, consequently, the beginning of a next day full of happiness, is to think about those good and useful things that we have done during the day before going to bed.

8. Make friends with exercise. We all know that sport is a classic, if we want to enjoy fullness and well-being in our vital routine. It allows the release of endorphins, which will help us feel happier and in a better mood.

Carrying out a sporting activity for a little bit each day or a quiet walk will also allow you to rest better and release the accumulated energy.

9. Get up and go to bed early. It is true that tranquility when doing our routine is important if we want not to take risks with possible anxieties or unnecessary stress.

Try to have just a few more minutes when you wake up. Doing things in a rush and under stress puts us in a bad mood, and you’ll probably be left with that excitement for the rest of the day. Doing things relaxed will allow you to enjoy your personal activities and enjoy moments of tranquility necessary for our physical and mental body.

10. Stretching the body when we wake up helps to relax the muscles, generating a feeling of pleasure and tranquility before putting one foot on the ground and starting your day.
